Do you provide 24/7 support?

We offer Standard and Priority response options. Emergency support can be added for incident-only coverage.

Do you support on-prem Exchange?

We primarily focus on Microsoft 365. If you’re hybrid or planning to migrate, we can support you through the transition.

Is Purview a “backup”?

Purview focuses on compliance, retention, and governance. Depending on your requirements, you may still need a third‑party backup. We help you choose the right strategy.

Can you help with SPF/DKIM/DMARC?

Yes — we can configure and validate SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and help with deliverability and routing issues.

Do you work with clients outside MN and OH?

Yes, we can provide remote support for most projects, but MN & OH are our primary service areas.
